#TBT Pujya Swamiji blessed, graced, and inspired the 24th Global Interfaith Conference on Meditation and Mysticism held in Sant Darshan Singh Dham, Delhi on International Meditation Day which was attended by thousands of delegates from more than 54 countries. Inspiring messages were given by respected faith leaders from every major faith tradition in India.
Pujya Swamiji shared on the occasion, “Time has come that we must make sanitation as important and vital, if not more important, then meditation. For me sanitation is more important and fundamental than meditation, and in many ways meditation is sanitation but for our inner self. When our inside is truly clean then our outer environment must also reflect this reality. Therefore, let us pledge during this fortnight of this beautiful Swachhata Hi Seva theme given to us by the Swachh Bharat Mission, under the visionary leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modiji, that we will work together to ensure our communities and our areas around them are kept clean and green. To me this is the true worship and the true pooja.” Thousands joined enthusiastically and energetically with their hands raised up to show their unanimous support and commitment to these simple but profound words of wisdom and divine action.
