The Divine Shakti Foundation’s (DSF) Free Medical Care Camp Team visited the ashram at Veerpur, less than an hour drive from Parmarth Niketan. The team, comprised of Dr. Priya Singh and Pediatrician, Dr. Gina Jansheski among others, spent the day evaluating and caring for the Rishikumar students and staff that are currently living in this location.
The team was assisted by two Brazilian sevaks, Babi Preerna and Claudine Franco, who ran a yoga class and took pictures. A dozen Buddhist nuns from Ladakh who are spending the winter in Rishikesh, joined the outing.
The weekly camps are conceived and inspired by HH Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji, Founder of DSF, President of Parmarth Niketan, and are continuously supported by the dedicated leadership of Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswatiji, president of DSF.
