Under the divine inspiration, leadership and with the blessings of Parmarth Niketan President and Spiritual Leader, HH Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji, and through the auspices of the Divine Shakti Foundation, the Parmarth Niketan Swami Shukdevanand Charitable Hospital, working in close association and with the support of the State Government of Uttarakhand, is being transformed into a 100-bed Covid-Care Centre.
We thank Eastern Eye, Britain’s largest Asian newspaper, for doing beautiful coverage on the Centre which will be fully equipped with oxygen concentrators/cylinders and essential medical supplies, whilst testing and vaccination services continue to be ongoing. The Centre is also the base of operations for two Ambulances being deployed to transport patients to hospitals and delivering oxygen cylinders where there is a need.
In addition, Parmarth Niketan continues its year-long Covid spiritual outreach with inspiring talks, meditation, satsang, interfaith prayers and yoga classes – all online to ensure the safety, health and well-being of all!
