India’s Ambassador to Hungary visits Parmarth Niketan

Mr Malay Mishra, Indian Ambassador to Hungary, visited Parmarth Niketan. He attended divine Ganga Aarti and in a discussion with Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji and Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswatiji, afterwards, he expressed his wish to organize this type of Ganga Aarti on the banks of Danube River in Budapest, Hungary. Pujya Swamiji praised the work done by Shri Malay Mishra in the field of water pollution and waste management.

He was inspired to hear about the like-minded initiatives for preservation of the River Ganga and Her tributaries that had been taken on by the Ganga Action Parivar. He said that it is such divine grace to come to Ganga where everyone, from all walks of life, can feel and bask in the peace and serenity. He said that this was the true essence and wealth of the spiritual and cultural tradition of India. He also praised the Encyclopedia of Hinduism and gave warm invitation to Pujya Swamiji and Sadhviji to visit Hungary and share this mammoth undertaking with the people of Hungary so that they too can understand and appreciate this ancient yet timeless spiritual heritage.

Pujya Swamiji honored him with a sacred Rudraksh plant as a symbol of Shri Malay Mishraji’s deep connection with his Indian roots and for serving his country as well as living by and exemplifying the Indian values of oneness and unity.
