HH Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji offers a heart-felt appeal on Akshaya Tritiya for all of us to plant more and offer more gift trees, with a poignant reminder of how much the Pandemic has revealed just how important oxygen is to us and to the planet!
Together with the Parmarth Rishikumars, Pujya Swamiji pledges to plant more and more trees during the upcoming monsoon season. He adds, “अपना ऑक्सीजन बैंक स्वयं बनायें, पौधे लगायें पृथ्वी बचायें” and shares that, while Oxygen plants and cylinders are crucial to save lives right now, if we bring this Green Pledge to plant, protect and gift trees, it will provide all the oxygen that we need, thereby helping us improve our own health as well as the health of the planet.
