Concluding Ceremony of Ras Se Bana Banaras – Kashi Ki Mahima in Delhi

Sadhviji took part in the concluding ceremony of Ras Se Bana Banaras – Kashi Ki Mahima at the India Habitat Centre in New Delhi, where she had the beautiful opportunity to share about Ganga, the Mother of All, and her experience of coming to Mother Ganga 23 years ago, an experience which touched and transformed her life. She also shared the teachings of Mother Ganga, and how Ganga gives and gives and gives, as Pujya Swamiji always says, “with no discrimination, no hesitation, no vacation and no expectation.”  When we worship Her and love Her, it’s so important to take Her inspiration and to attempt to live our lives the way that She teaches us.

Sadhviji was joined by Amitabh Kant, CEO of NITI Aayog; Dharmendra Pradhan, BJP4India leader and Minister’s Office, Ministry of Petroleum; Deepak Agrawal, Varanasi Divisional Commissioner; and Akhilesh Mishra, Director General of Indian Council For Cultural Relations. They joined together to present awards to area school children that had created the best projects promoting the protection of the environment and of Maa Ganga!
