We had a huge samasti bhandara for thousands of saints, hosted by Mahamandaleshwar Swami Asanganandji and Pujya Swamiji. Pujya Swamiji, Pujya Prem Babaji and Pujya Swami Paramadvaitiji walked through the bhandara, ensuring that everything is taken care for all. Food was offered as yet another way that Mother Ganga offers Her bounty and nourishes everyone with Her waters.
At the end of the bhandara saplings were offered to saints welcoming them to join and support Parmarth and Ganga Action Parivar’s Green Initiatives and become green ambassadors. They were encouraged to plant trees for just as the food nourishes us, the trees and plants nourish the soil, air and Mother Earth.
