Let us pledge for Mission Life and sustainable lifestyles for the environment and recognise our responsibility in ensuring a healthy planet for all. Whether it’s switching off our lights when we don’t need them, turning off our water faucets when we aren’t using them, whether it’s walking or cycling short distances or giving and gifting trees, there is so much we can do to be the change we wish to see in the world.
At institutional and organisational levels we have an even greater responsibility to lead by example and work on water management, solid waste management, and renewable energy.
Let us make every day environment day because there can be a plan A and plan B but no planet B. We only have one planet as Pujya Swamiji reminds us let us pledge to protect, preserve and serve it!
