Yog Kumbh Festival – 2019

Prayagraj: Yogrishi Pujya Swami Ramdevji initiated the 2019 Yog Kumbh on the banks of the Sangam at the Parmarth Niketan, Ganga Action Parivar (GAP), Kumbh Camp in Sector 18, Arail Ghat. The first of its kind Yog festival at Kumbh, February 1 through 7, features learning Yoga from the Masters of India and celebrating the rich Yogic traditions of India.

Yog Kumbh activities include: Yoga, panel discussions (topics such as yoga therapy), Mind Sound Resonance Technique, yoga nidra, Cyclic Meditation, Kalayog-Fusion Music Yoga by MDNIY, Mauni Amavasya Snan Muhuratam, teaching on yogic philosophy and health, and Sangam Aarti followed by satsang, meditation, and kirtan.

A wide array of yoga schools and philosophies are represented at the festival:
